The Magic Flute was the last singspiel composed by the brilliant Salzburgian composer W. A. Mozart, in 1791, his last year alive. This work is loaded with freemason symbology that, even nowadays, is subject of study and analysis. The music quality and the content of the plot drove us to create an adaptation of this outstanding work in the history of music, for a puppet show. We were able to keep the original text which is enlightened by the most beautiful arias and musical fragments. The adventures that Tamino will have to go through in order to get his beloved Pamina will delight the little ones, and will aid in bringing Opera to all audiences and scenarios.
